Rewiring
Sample: Aluminum Wiring Remediation
Holly Springs, NC
A home inspection flagged aluminum branch wiring and the buyer's insurer wanted it addressed before closing.
The challenge
Two weeks to closing, and a full rewire wasn't in the budget.
Our solution
We remediated every device and junction connection with approved copper pigtails and connectors, replaced the devices, and documented the work for the insurer.
